Susan Busch

Susan brings in-depth experience to her role as senior project manager, having worked on a full range of housing projects from small suburban remodels to urban highrises.  She believes that each project, regardless of its scale or complexity deserves good design, and that creative management and adaptive leadership are critical to each project’s success.
A proven leader of multifaceted teams during all phases of design and construction, she imparts focus and enthusiasm from initial feasibility until Final C of O is obtained.
Her greatest satisfaction comes when the aspirations of each constituent: client, neighbor, contractor and resident are acknowledged and incorporated in the design. When this is accomplished the project will be viewed as a success by all, worthy of occupying its position in our built environment for years to come.
