Architectural Marketing Manager.

Runberg Architecture Group is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to lead the firm’s marketing, public relations, and communications strategy.

The Marketing Manager is a leadership role within the firm, and as such, you’ll work with and directly report to the firm’s Principals. We’re looking for a candidate with an intrapreneurial bent; someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented who can help us elevate our marketing efforts and expand our brand awareness. We’re interested in someone who thinks strategically, enjoys being hands-on and working cross-functionally, and is comfortable advising senior leadership.


The big picture

The marketing manager is responsible for Runberg  Architecture Group’s overall brand management and marketing approach. That includes:

  • Collaborating with our project teams, our clients and consultants to promote each of our projects from planning through post-construction.
  • Standardizing and implementing our lifecycle marketing process .
  • Improving on our strong visual brand standards and managing our graphics and photography library.
  • Elevating awareness of the Runberg Architecture Group’s brand and its leadership via earned media, speaking engagements, and awards.
  • Managing contractors as needed.
  • Refreshing Runberg Architecture Group’s current suite of marketing materials.


Other responsibilities for this role

  • Regularly updating Runberg Architecture Group’s social media accounts.
  • Keeping leadership and firm informed of marketing milestones and achievements.
  • Producing Runberg Architecture Group’s quarterly newsletter.
  • Writing bios and coordinating headshots for new and existing employees.
  • Updating Runberg Architecture Group’s website with new project descriptions, news updates, and blog posts.
  • Manage the firm’s qualification and RFP materials.

The fine print

Required skills and experience

Our ideal candidate can work independently as well as collaboratively with administrative staff,  project teams and firm leaders. You should either be skilled at writing copy and doing basic graphic design or able to outsource and manage these tasks as needed. You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. You should have a minimum of five years of experience* and a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, art, architecture, or another relevant discipline. Prior AEC experience isn’t necessary but is a plus.

*A combination of education and/or training and/or experience which provides an equivalent background required will be considered.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
