Job Captain/Project Designer.
Runberg Architecture Group is looking for a Job Captain / Project Designer with three to five years of experience. Responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager and/or Project Architect in development of documents; manage electronic files, implement standards and organize milestones; coordinating with consultants, participate in meetings, develop effective graphic presentations; assist in Construction Administration; and research products and help maintain materials library.
The successful candidate will have the ability to execute architectural concepts and develop design and construction documents. He or she will take initiative in realizing project goals, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. This person will also employ exceptional documentation and organization skills and use tact and discretion in order to maintain effective working relationships.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited degree in architecture (BA or BS in Architecture). Working knowledge of building codes, building systems, and materials and methods is desirable. The ability to execute architectural concepts and develop design and construction documents is also required. Candidate will have working experience with SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite as well as be proficient in MS Office Suite. We draft exclusively in Revit so experience with the program is desired, but may be substituted with an enthusiasm to learn.
