Awards: Gardner House amenities awarded at 2021 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards

Runberg-designed Gardner House and Allen Family Center recently took home the award for “Best Supportive Services at an Affordable Apartment Community” at the 2021 NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards!

Gardner House and Allen Family Center offers 95 units of affordable housing for low-income and homeless families. The Allen Family Center on the ground level provides education and employment resources for homeless families. Located in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood, this transit-oriented project is conveniently located one block from a light-rail station and between two major arterials.
