Located a few blocks north of the University of Washington main campus, the 24-story tower design aims to enhance pedestrian and bicycle connections to the neighboring future University District light-rail station. The building’s generous setbacks allow the large, three-story public plaza to wrap from bustling NE 45th Street up along the steep alley, naturally lending itself to three levels of pedestrian hill climb. Inflected walls and subtle asymmetry give the tower a sleek, slender appearance with an inverted roof line to give the top of the building a more distinctive form. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, bicycle room, dog run and dog lounge, media and conference rooms, and a large common amenity room adjacent to the rooftop deck above the 22nd floor.
