Brizo

Brizo is an 8-story, 220-unit residential building in the heart of downtown Bellevue, located within walking distance of multiple parks, shopping, restaurants, downtown offices, and the future downtown Bellevue light rail station. Brizo’s design draws inspiration from the Bellevue area’s surrounding wetlands and streams, with the visual shift of its exterior skin representing an image’s refraction off the surface of a pond. The wooden overhang of the roof amenity space represents tree branches extending over the water’s edge. Amenities include a spacious fitness center with yoga studio, a dog and bike washing area, ample bike storage, and two roof top decks and club rooms on the east and west corners of the building.
