Highland Park

Highland Park is a 397-unit project in the Bel-Red corridor, designed to bridge the wooded park and community play fields to the west and south with the faster-paced urban life along NE 20th street. Highland Park is comprised of two 7-story buildings that are connected by a double-height lobby and amenity space that creates a corridor down the middle of the project and leads residents from the bustle of the street to the open play fields and Community Center. Amenity spaces are placed along this corridor and include a café, third floor yoga and fitness studios, a landscaped walkway leading to townhouse units, and opens up to a spacious club room overlooking the park. Estimated for completion in 2025, Highland Park will bring much needed housing density along the future Eastside Light Rail extension.
