Lyric Apartments

Lyric Apartments is located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, a densely populated urban area where traditional brick apartment houses are being joined by contemporary buildings after a recent change in zoning. The building is located a block away from the new light rail station and fronts along Broadway Avenue. The site is also divided between two zones, providing the opportunity for ground-related housing on the less public side.
