EdgePoint Apartments

EdgePoint is a 203-unit mixed-use development in North Seattle that increases housing density while honoring neighborhood context. The project’s two-story brick base reflects the materials and scale of the surrounding commercial thoroughfares. The building’s south façade consists of commercial and retail space. The ground-level courtyard features lush landscaping and small nodes for impromptu gatherings in an area that previously lacked sidewalks or green space. A spacious rooftop deck presents dramatic views of the Olympic and Cascades mountains. EdgePoint is certified LEED Gold and features bioretention planters at grade and a green roof with a small solar array.
